Who we are

The 8th House is a furnished-property management and operations company in Riyadh (Commercial Registration 7041576534). We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

Data we collect

When you submit the “Register your property” form, we collect only what is needed to contact you and assess your property:

• Name
• Preferred contact method (WhatsApp / Call / Email)
• Phone number or email address
• Unit type, number of units, and neighbourhood

We collect no additional personal data and use no advertising or analytics trackers on this page.

Purpose & legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent given when you submit the form, in order to contact you, assess your property, and provide a suitable management proposal.

Who sees your data

Access is limited to authorized 8th House staff only. Data is stored with our service provider (Google Workspace / Forms / Sheets) acting as a processor on our behalf under a data-processing agreement. We do not sell your data or share it with marketing third parties.

Cross-border transfer

Your data may be processed or stored on Google infrastructure that may be located outside Saudi Arabia. Where this occurs, we apply the safeguards required under the PDPL and its Implementing Regulation to ensure an adequate level of protection, under a data-processing agreement with the provider.

Data protection

The form is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Access to client records is restricted under least-privilege controls, and we collect the minimum data necessary.

Retention

We retain your data for the engagement period and for up to 36 months from last contact, unless another law requires longer, after which it is destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the right to:

• Access your data and obtain a copy
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request destruction of your data
• Object to processing
• Withdraw your consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email info@the8house.sa and we will respond within the statutory period. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with how we handle your request, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the supervisory authority for the PDPL.
