Who we are

The 8th House is a furnished-property management and operations company in Riyadh (Commercial Registration 7041576534). We are responsible for protecting the data you provide through this website.

What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service and measure site performance:

• Name
• Preferred contact method (WhatsApp / Call / Email)
• Phone number or email address
• Property details (type, count, neighbourhood, number of rooms)
• Usage and measurement data such as page and on-page events, device and browser type, referral source and advertising campaign identifiers

We do not send the contents of property-form fields to Google Analytics or Google Ads as event parameters.

How we use your information

With your consent — given when you submit the form — we use your details to contact you, review your property, and present a suitable management proposal. We use measurement data to understand page performance, measure advertising results, and improve the site experience and marketing efficiency.

Who sees your information

Information is available to The 8th House's authorised team and the technology providers required to operate the form and measurement, including Google Forms, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads. We do not sell your data. Google's handling of data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Measurement and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure visits, conversions and campaign source. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers to attribute a visit to an advertisement and measure its success. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Keeping your data safe

The form is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to client records is restricted to authorised staff only, and we collect the minimum information necessary.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and property information for the duration of our engagement and up to 36 months from last contact. Analytics event-data retention is set to a maximum of 14 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised according to the service settings.
